Mechanical Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and tests all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
• Responsible for planning, input, review, output, validation of, and changes of the design for assigned tasks.
• Maintain electronic job files as applicable to assigned tasks.
• Technical mechanical resource to Sales, Service and Production.
• Applies knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc.
• Involves in fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair of mechanical products.
• Cross-trains designated back-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience required
• 1-2 years of experience in FEM analysis
• Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office
• Solidworks experience required
• ERP system required (SAP preferred)

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in FEM analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with SolidWorks
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Pay

The pay range for this role is USD $84,315.00/yr - $113,883.00/yr. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
