Mechanical Engineer II
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Support the design and development of equipment for the swimming pool industry
- Work with suppliers to meet project goals
- Create test plans and oversee qualification testing
- Submit engineering change orders
- Develop and analyze part designs using SolidWorks CAD software, FEA software, and physical prototypes
- Work on product sustaining initiatives to improve the performance and reliability of existing designs
WHAT WE SEEK
- 2+ years of mechanical engineering experience
- Experience with SolidWorks CAD software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical team members
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed to visit suppliers or field sites
EDUCATION
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
