We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Application Deadline: ..." and other instructions. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph about Sierra Space (mission statement). This is likely part of "About the role"? Actually it's generic company description. Might be considered part of "About the role"? The instruction: "About The Role" heading present. The text after that: "The entry-level Mechanical Engineer I role focuses on supporting senior engineers..." So we should include that as About the role. - Then there is a paragraph: "In this role, you will assist senior engineers..." That seems like responsibilities. - Then "About You" paragraph: mission driven etc. Might be part of Requirements/Qualifications? Actually "About You" is more about values alignment; could be part of Requirements? But we have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide where to place content. Minimum Qualifications list: bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We need to turn into
  • . Preferred Qualifications list similarly. Compensation: Pay Range: $77,234.00 - $106,196.75. Also note about actual base compensation determined case-by-case. That's Pay section. Benefits: "We also offer a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, and more." That's Benefits. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule section. Skills: Could be derived from preferred qualifications? But we have separate Qualifications and Skills sections. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide what goes where. We have: - About the role: description of role. - Responsibilities: list of duties (assist senior engineers, collect/analyze data, contribute to resolution, preparing documentation, work within cross-functional teams, communicate). - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications? Usually Requirements = minimum qualifications. So we can put Minimum Qualifications under Requirements. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. - Skills: Could be derived from both? But we might not need Skills if content overlaps. However we could extract skills like "Clear verbal and written communication", "Ability to work in a team", "Problem-solving", "Attention to detail", "Familiarity with CAD tools", etc. But those are already in qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we put Skills separate if there is explicit skill list. The posting includes "Clear verbal and written communication of technical concepts and information." under Minimum Qualifications. Also "Ability to help develop solutions to routine technical problems". Also "Ability to work in a team and follow guidance". Those could be considered skills. However we already have Requirements (minimum qualifications) and Qualifications (preferred). The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But headings are predefined; we can omit sections if no real specific content. We could put Minimum Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications, and maybe Skills not needed (or we could put some skills under Skills if we have distinct skill statements not covered elsewhere). Let's see if there are any explicit skill statements beyond those: "Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail." That's under Preferred Qualifications. "Eagerness to learn and develop new skills". That's also a skill. "Familiarity with manufacturing processes, material sciences". That's knowledge. Thus we could have Skills section containing: problem-solving, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, communication, teamwork, CAD familiarity, etc. But that duplicates. Given instruction to prefer few substantive sections, maybe we just have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum), Qualifications (preferred), Benefits, Pay. That's six sections. Omit Skills and Schedule. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract all substantive sentences. Intro paragraph about Sierra Space: "Sierra Space Careers: At Sierra Space, we build the missions and systems that keep our world secure in the domain above Earth. Sierra Space team members share a spirit of innovation and collaboration and a belief that we can deliver on the boldest missions in space today. Together with our customers, we aim to safeguard our nation, sustain human presence in space, and secure the freedom of operations in low Earth orbit and beyond. Our success is measured by the trust of those who rely on what we build and deliver, and our technologies keep the United States and its allies mission-ready throughout space. We are mission-driven, and together, we are an extraordinary team." Is this substantive? It's company overview. Might be considered part of About the role? But the instruction says "About The Role" heading present. The company overview could be considered part of About the role or maybe we could include it as a preamble before About the role. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid including a general company description paragraph. It says preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include that intro as a

before the headings. Then we have About The Role heading and its content. Then we have "In this role, you will assist senior engineers..." That seems like responsibilities but also repeats some of About the role. We'll treat as Responsibilities. Then "About You" paragraph: "Our mission is driven by an unyielding commitment to advancing space-based technology in service of our customers and safeguarding national security. We seek individuals who are passionate about innovating beyond boundaries and relentlessly pursuing solutions that protect, preserve and empower – to join us in this critical mission. We’re looking for team members who align with our values, mission and goals – while also meeting the minimum qualifications below." That's more about values alignment; could be part of Requirements? But it's not a qualification per se. Could be considered part of About the role? Might be considered part of Requirements (cultural fit). However we already have Requirements for minimum qualifications. Might be better to include this as a short paragraph under Requirements or maybe under About the role? Since it's about the candidate, maybe we put it under Requirements as a "Values alignment" bullet? But we don't have a heading for that. Could incorporate into Requirements as a

before the list. But the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." So we can have prose paragraphs under each heading. Thus we can structure:

      Intro company description.

      About the role

The entry-level Mechanical Engineer I role focuses on supporting senior engineers in various projects related to mechanical systems, propulsion, structures, or environmental systems. We also offer a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, and more.

      Pay

Pay Range: $77,234.00 - $106,196.75. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.

We should not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated lines: We have not repeated. Check for boilerplate removed: We removed application deadline, EEO, unsolicited resumes, etc. Check for any placeholders like "commensurate with experience": none. Check for any missing substantive info: The "About You" paragraph we placed under Requirements as prose. Is that okay? It's more about values alignment; but we placed it there. Could also be under About the role but we already have About the role describing role. The "About You" is about candidate values; maybe better as a separate section like "About you" but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into Requirements as we did. Check if we missed any substantive info: The line "Our mission is driven by an unyielding commitment to advancing space-based technology in service of our customers and safeguarding national security." is from About You. Good. Also "We seek individuals who are passionate about innovating beyond boundaries and relentlessly pursuing solutions that protect, preserve and empower – to join us in this critical mission." included. Also "We’re looking for team members who align with our values, mission and goals – while also meeting the minimum qualifications below." included. Also the line "The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement." we omitted; it
