We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer I to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success. As a Mechanical Engineer I on our Continuation Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in supporting a diverse array of electro-mechanical products. Your expertise will span across sheet metal, machined parts, castings, extruded parts, cast urethane parts, plastics injection molding, and engineered wood products. You will work closely with other departments on projects of varying scope, from small to large-scale initiatives, designing, prototyping, and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineering projects by defining objectives, developing project plans, communicating progress, and coordinating resources to achieve project goals.
• Provide mechanical engineering expertise to improve product performance, enhance safety, resolve manufacturing challenges, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Investigate product-related issues to identify root causes and develop effective corrective actions.
