As a Mechanical Engineer I in our Nashville office, you will help empower clients to achieve energy‑efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all. Responsibilities

• Work with and be mentored by experienced engineers; help mentor designers
• Perform load calculations
• Determine system sizing and layouts
• Calculate equipment sizes
• Select equipment
• Complete field surveys
• Review equipment shop drawings
• Lead mechanical project teams as experience grows
• Write specifications
• Participate in project meetings with clients and other consultants
• Support construction‑phase work

Qualifications

• BSME/BSAE from an ABET‑accredited school in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum GPA of 2.5
• Non‑academic internship
• Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities/student organizations (preferred)
• EIT certification (passed the FE exam) (a plus)
• Internship experience in the MEP consulting engineering field (preferred)
