Mechanical Engineer - Customer Applications

Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and provide technical solutions for product inquiries.
- Assist internal and external customers via phone, email, chat, and video.
- Work with the Account Coordinators to support technical quoting.
- Evaluate customer samples and returned products to support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve technical inquiries.
- Maintain a general knowledge of BRECOflex product lines and their applications.
- Perform internal ISO audits as directed.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent education and experience).
- Mechanical problem-solving skills and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Ability to visualize and understand machine applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Curiosity and passion for helping customers with technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or other CRM) and SAGE (or ERP systems).
- Knowledge of industrial automation and drive components.
- Ability to create solid models in a CAD system.
- Customer-facing experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Strong time and project management skills.

Pay
Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000 based on experience
