Job Summary Mechanical Engineer specializing in Automation is needed in the Nashua, NH for a direct hire opportunity to design, build, and optimize and amazing line of custom machinery! The right person will be motivated and knowledgeable in mechanical, automated, and robotic machinery driving to to improve manufacturing efficiency. Apply now for immediate consideration. location: Nashua, New Hampshire job type: Permanent salary: $95,000 - 105,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities Create 3D models, assemblies, custom components, and safety guarding using SolidWorks.Integrate pneumatics, motion control, sensors, and actuators with electrical and control systems.Commissioning: Conduct stress/load calculations, system testing, and on-site startupPerform root-cause analysis on equipment failures and optimize machine performance and uptime.Collaboration with electrical, software, operations, and safety teams from concept to final delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field along with 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine design, industrial automation, or manufacturing environments. Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks Preferable), understanding of pneumatic and mechanical drive systems, and familiarity with PLC or basic controls logic.
