Responsibilities
- Synchronize with technical teams and government clients to engineer and implement premier solutions for the Radar Technologies Division
- Drive the successful delivery of complex technical projects from conception to completion
- Synchronize project interdependencies and oversee the end-to-end development of task order deliverables to ensure full SOW compliance
- Diagnose complex technical challenges and partner with cross-functional teams to engineer and deploy effective solutions
- Manage the full lifecycle of organizational requirements, including the development, maintenance, and optimization of core management processes
- Define and govern project requirements throughout the contract term, optimizing the prioritization and capture process for technical accuracy
- Interface with system users to elicit requirements and architect comprehensive designs for hardware and software integration
- Contribute to the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to ensure system reliability and performance
- Provide expert-level technical resolution for intricate problems, bridging the gap between existing documentation and mission-specific requirements
- Analyze and optimize intricate signal flows and circuit interrelationships through the expert application of high-frequency pulse generators and complex diagnostic hardware
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in support of information technology and project management activities
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
- Experience utilizing SolidWorks for 3D modeling, assembly management, and the creation of detailed manufacturing drawings
- Experience leveraging SolidWorks Flow Simulation or Simulation Professional to perform integrated thermal and structural FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
- Experience performing comprehensive thermodynamic analysis for complex systems, including heat transfer (conduction, convection, radiation) and fluid flow
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain an active United States Government Secret security clearance
- Candidate will be required to obtain an interim Secret clearance before onboarding
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time
- Frequent communication with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
