We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Albany, NY who’s excited to tackle complex challenges and create solutions that keep our clients’ businesses running at their best. Responsibilities

  • Accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks
  • Gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget and schedule
  • Provide on-site assistance during startup
  • Coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead
  • Deliver on the design, development, application, evaluation, recommendation, and specification of engineered systems and products for building HVAC, cleanrooms, chilled and heating water, and process exhaust

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 2 years of practical application of mechanical engineering design in building systems, such as HVAC, chilled and heating water systems, plumbing, and construction
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams from preliminary design through site construction
  • Ability to work onsite (hybrid) two days per week in Albany
  • Ideally, you’ll also have Engineer in Training (EIT)
  • Working knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD software
  • With prior experience in Navisworks

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $69,500.00 to $95,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
