Mechanical Engineer

Non-exempt position; overtime at 1.5× base rate for hours over 40 per week or as required by state/local law.

About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineer – Assembly, you will plan, coordinate, and perform manufacturing engineering projects in a team environment, collaborating closely with engineers, supervisors, and operators within the order-fulfillment process. Approximately 75 % of your time will be spent on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of process engineering experience.
• Effective team collaboration and project-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Technology or relevant work experience.
• Onsite only (no remote work).
• Comfortable in a factory environment with ~75 % time spent standing/walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Metatarsal safety boots required on first day.

Skills

• Manufacturing line/process design experience.
• Experience with SAP, MES, Creo, and AutoCAD.
• Controls Engineering and safety-system design experience.
• Robotics programming (FANUC) and troubleshooting experience (highly preferred).

Pay

Base pay range: $35.81 – $42.00/hour.
