About the role
The College of Engineering and Technology at GCU seeks adjunct faculty members to teach part-time, in-person courses at the Phoenix campus. Courses are scheduled for the Fall 2026 semester.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
- Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
- Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
Requirements
- Preferred: Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering
- Minimum: Master's in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering
Qualifications
- 18 graduate credit hours in the areas of Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering
