About the Role

We are seeking a supervisor to oversee daily operations of a Powersports Design Function, managing department policies, process improvements, organizational resources, and issue resolution to ensure efficient output.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of design engineers across areas such as Frame, Chassis, Appearance, or Power Performance
• Coordinate project deliverables and collaborate with other units to meet development schedules
• Manage department policies, process improvements, organizational resources, and issue resolution
• Communicate with stakeholders
• Plan resources
• Conduct performance reviews
• Foster a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical) or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in related fields
• 4+ years of supervisory leadership
