About the Role

We are looking for entry level candidates. To be successful in this role you should be hands on, highly motivated and a willing team player. Candidates must have a solid understanding in some or all of the following areas: Precision mechanical design; optical and opto-mechanical design; mechatronics. Candidates should also have some knowledge in heat transfer, vibrations, fluid dynamics and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and conducting experimental lab work to validate specs and conceptual designs
- Debugging and fixing, design or redesign of mechanical components
- Working with vendors to fabricate parts to specifications
Requirements
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years
- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering
Skills
A solid understanding in some or all of the following areas: Precision mechanical design; optical and opto-mechanical design; mechatronics. Some knowledge in heat transfer, vibrations, fluid dynamics and manufacturing processes.

Actual pay depends on several factors, including state minimum pay wage rates, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education level or training. Base Pay Range: $105,700.00 - $179,700.00
