Testing & Validation
Plan and execute design verification testing (mechanical, thermal, environmental).
Interpret test results and refine designs accordingly.
Support prototype builds and pilot production.
Project Ownership
Lead or contribute to cross-functional project teams.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and engineering milestones.
Provide regular updates on schedule, cost, and risks to Project Management.
Drive engineering changes (ECNs), documentation, and release processes.
Documentation & Systems
Support the creation and maintenance:
- Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Material master data
- Installation and field modification instructions
Support ERP systems (SAP preferred) for product data management.
Work closely with global design engineering team, local manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.
Interface with customers to understand application requirements.
Identify opportunities for product improvement, cost reduction, and standardization.
