Key Responsibilities
- Create mechanical layouts, detailed drawings, and production documentation.
- Support the design and development of automation equipment using CAD software.
- Ensure designs meet customer requirements, project specifications, and company standards.
- Update design packages to reflect final "as-shipped" configurations.
- Absorb and prepare digital documentation and service manuals.
- Complete required ISO and quality documentation.
- Support equipment installation activities as needed.
- Meet project timelines and budget expectations.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
- Ace in Engineering or related technical field, preferably with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- 0–2+ years of engineering, design, or manufacturing experience.
- Experience with 3D CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
