Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and define solutions to manufacturing issues as they arise
• Perform analysis through hand calculations, CAD, FEA, and other internal tools to evaluate deviant hardware
• Support DLE initiatives to drive defect reduction through improved engineering definition and manufacturing processes
• Rewirese engineering specifications and drawings as needed
• Conduct technical reviews to substantiate rework and acceptance criteria

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
