We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, disclaimer, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, etc. The posting includes: intro paragraph about being a Mechanical Contracting Scheduler, description of company, then responsibilities, skills & qualifications, physical demands & environmental exposure, etc. Also mentions competitive pay and compensation, benefits, growth opportunities, but not specific details. We should not create Pay/Benefits/Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. It says "We offer competitive pay and compensation, benefits, growth opportunities, and more!" That's vague, not specific. According to rules: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Since it's vague, we should not create those sections. So we include sections: About the role (maybe intro), Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications, Physical Demands & Environmental Exposure (maybe as a section). Could also have Requirements? The posting includes "Skills & Qualifications" which we can treat as Skills. Could also have Qualifications. But we should not duplicate. Use headings exactly as given: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content to appropriate headings. The posting has: "The Scheduler coordinates and manages the schedules..." that's responsibilities. Then "Supervisory Responsibilities None" maybe ignore. Then "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" list. Then "Skills & Qualifications" list. Then "Physical Demands & Environmental Exposure". Also intro about company and offer. Could be "About the role". Could also include "Requirements" maybe from Skills & Qualifications? But we have Skills heading. We could put qualifications under Skills. Or we could have both Skills and Qualifications sections if content distinct. The posting lumps them together. Probably better to have one section: Skills & Qualifications under

Skills

or

Qualifications

. Choose Skills as heading and include the list. Could also have Requirements separate if we extract any explicit requirements like "Ability to pass drug screening", "Ability to prove US employment eligibility", "Must possess a valid driver’s license". Those could be Requirements. So we could have Requirements section with those bullet points. Skills section with organizational, communication, scheduling tools, etc. Qualifications maybe "Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or project coordination, ideally in construction, HVAC, or a related field." That could be Qualifications. But we have limited headings; we can decide to use Requirements and Skills. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine into Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. Also About the role for intro. Physical Demands maybe as its own section? Could be under Responsibilities? Probably better as its own section: Physical Demands & Environmental Exposure. But we don't have a heading exactly for that; we could use a custom heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely we should only use those headings. So we cannot create a heading for Physical Demands. We could fold that into Responsibilities or Requirements? Probably Responsibilities includes physical demands? Not really. Could put under Requirements? Might be okay. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. If we cannot create a heading for it, we need to embed it somewhere else under allowed headings. Perhaps we can put under Responsibilities as a subsection? But we must use
  • for lists. We could add a

paragraph under Responsibilities describing physical demands. That would preserve info. So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. Let's extract content. About the role: intro paragraph: "Are you a Mechanical Contracting Scheduler searching for new experiences? As a leading Trane® independent office, Brady brings efficient, reliable, and secure building solutions throughout central and eastern North Carolina. We take pride in all we do and in our Associates which is why we offer competitive pay and compensation, benefits, growth opportunities, and more!" Also maybe mention that the Scheduler coordinates... but that's responsibilities. So About the role includes company description and offer. Responsibilities: list of duties: coordinates and manages schedules for Piping Crew, Ductwork Crew, Electrical Crew; communicates crew schedules to Project Managers and Field Superintendents; aligning assignments with job site requirements; maintains schedule board; monitors crew availability, tracks job progress, resolves scheduling conflicts; collaborates with PMs and FS to adjust schedules; maintains accurate records; leverages organizational and communication skills. Also maybe include "Supervisory Responsibilities None" ignore. Requirements: items like Ability to pass drug screening; Ability to prove US employment eligibility; Must possess a valid driver’s license. Also maybe "Ideally bilingual in English and Spanish, though this is not required." That's more a qualification/skill. Could be under Skills. Also "Familiarity with HVAC or construction industry processes (preferred but not required)." Could be Skills. Skills: Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or project coordination, ideally in construction, HVAC, or a related field.; Demonstrates strong organizational skills, managing multiple schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment.; Proficient in managing dashboards or scheduling tools; Communicates clearly and effectively with Project Managers and other stakeholders.; Works collaboratively with diverse teams and maintains a solutions-oriented approach to scheduling challenges.; Familiarity with HVAC or construction industry processes (preferred but not required).; Ideally bilingual in English and Spanish, though this is not mandatory.; Ability to pass drug screening (maybe duplicate). But we already put that in Requirements. Avoid duplication. We'll keep drug screening in Requirements. Also ability to prove US employment eligibility and driver's license in Requirements. Physical demands & environmental exposure: we need to embed somewhere. Could add a

under Responsibilities after list, or under Requirements. Probably under Responsibilities as it's about job performance. We'll add a paragraph after the list. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEO statement, Disclaimer, etc. Remove. Now produce HTML fragment:
