Program manage all sustaining qualifications for Mechanical B partsWork with MME/GME/SQE & Supplier to define and maintain a qual roadmap.Responsible for documenting and completing the Agile setupsResponsible for buffer analysis of all B parts and provide inputs on reducing shortagesProactively work with Vendors on identifying gaps between demand and supply and take meaningful action to close shortages & expedite material, ensuring OTDAutomate metrics reporting on OTD, E&O, Cancellations, Inventory & shortagesMaintain and cleanup iValua parts with correct B part Item type on a regular cadence as well as assist with RFQ & awarding analysis for all Mechanical partsMaintain and report weekly and monthly metricsProcess Reqs and quotes from suppliers ensuring all documentation is correct and in compliance with our systems Minimum Qualifications BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, or equivalent practical experience.Knowledge of material planning concepts and processes.NPI and sustaining engineering program management experience.Some experience in an IT related company supply chain.Problem solver with solid verbal/written communication and facilitation skills.Ability to collaborate across the organization. Experience driving cross functional process improvement programs and training users.Strong spreadsheet & presentation slides skills Preferred Qualifications MS or MBA degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related disciplineSupply chain experience at system level for network hardware systems such as servers, storage, switchesExperience in SQL scripting, reporting toolsExcellent communication and project management skills China +1 Analyst Program manage overall new source(s) added from geo-risk mitigation effort and associated PDM workWork with suppliers to validate GPNs that are not COO of non-china. Review spend by spend/forecast and let GCM communicate path forwardWork with the suppliers to track their plan and progress for geo-risk mitigation site and product readinessWork with GCM and suppliers to track and validate the capability, capacity, and operational challenges of the geo-risk mitigation sitesDevelop a supplier qual plan and then provide GCM team updatesWork with Platforms to initiate the bugs, deviations, to complete the the FW/SW interop qualificationWork with GCM and Platforms on gPLM ECRs during NPI, as well as product updates for GA parts. Upon qualification, update the go/gplm, and AVL.They will need access to the PDM system and be able to create bugs, and GPN requests, deviation requests, and update BOM to add qualified partsWork to completely disqualify one of the existing suppliers (ABC) from the AVL, by eliminating the suppliers (ABC) where it's multi-sourced, and consolidate lists on single sourced parts.
