About the role

The Mechanical Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that mechanical systems in data centers are properly installed and functioning according to design specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform system commissioning and testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues related to mechanical systems during construction and installation phases.
  • Prepare and present commissioning reports to stakeholders including clients, contractors, and project managers.
  • Ensure all mechanical systems meet energy efficiency requirements and adhere to environmental regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in data center commissioning.
  • Proficiency in HVAC systems and commissioning practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ASHRAE guidelines and best practices.
  • Experience with commissioning tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
