About the role
The Mechanical Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that mechanical systems in data centers are properly installed and functioning according to design specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform system commissioning and testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues related to mechanical systems during construction and installation phases.
- Prepare and present commissioning reports to stakeholders including clients, contractors, and project managers.
- Ensure all mechanical systems meet energy efficiency requirements and adhere to environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in data center commissioning.
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and commissioning practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ASHRAE guidelines and best practices.
- Experience with commissioning tools and software.
