What You Will Be Doing
- Build and assemble training models (working and static).
- Perform basic electrical connections as needed.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and performance requirements.
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve them.
- Calibrate and maintain equipment at your workstation.
- Work safely in an organized manner.
What You Need to Be Considered for the Job
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
- Natural ability to tinker and fix things.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Use of hand and power tools appropriately.
- Use of precision measuring tools (micrometers, tube benders, etc.).
- Adapt well to change.
- Show the ability to solve problems and learn new skills.
- Dependable - arrive at 6am and be ready for the day.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred but not required: Experience with acrylic/model making, familiarity with manufacturing processes (machining, welding, assembly, electrical), forklift experience or willingness to learn.
