What You Will Be Doing

• Build and assemble training models (working and static).
• Perform basic electrical connections as needed.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and performance requirements.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve them.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment at your workstation.
• Work safely in an organized manner.

What You Need to Be Considered for the Job

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Natural ability to tinker and fix things.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Use of hand and power tools appropriately.
• Use of precision measuring tools (micrometers, tube benders, etc.).
• Adapt well to change.
• Show the ability to solve problems and learn new skills.
• Dependable - arrive at 6am and be ready for the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred but not required: Experience with acrylic/model making, familiarity with manufacturing processes (machining, welding, assembly, electrical), forklift experience or willingness to learn.
