Essential Functions
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks in accordance with written instructions and specifications.
- Cook up daily activities and task assignments within the mechanical assembly team.
- Support team members by answering questions, clarifying instructions, and assisting with troubleshooting.
- Ensure any deviations from written instructions are documented and communicated to the floor supervisor and manufacturing engineer.
- Help maintain production flow and meet schedule targets by working alongside the team.
- Train and mentor new assemblers on tools, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Conduct informal quality checks and help identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain clear documentation of assembly processes, deviations, and feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
Education And Experience
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or production operations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools, components, and assembly techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and written instructions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Full-Time
Hours: 7:00am- 3:30pm (Hours subject to change depending on the needs of the business)
