About the role

Remedy Staffing is now hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in Little Chute, WI. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity with excellent pay and a strong work-life balance with a 4-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists
• Gather and organize parts, tools, and materials for assembly
• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies efficiently and accurately
• Measure and verify finished products to ensure specifications are met
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate with supervisors as needed
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering and tracking supplies

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, pliers, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements
• Capable of lifting, bending, and moving materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods (9+ hours)
• Ability to alternate between sitting and standing and move between workstations
