Mechanical Assember-1st Shift

About the role

Assemble electrical subassemblies of the products, following the letter of manufacture (CF), drawings and superior orientations, executing the manufacture of the primary and isolation of the TCs (Current Transformers).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the accomplishment of the activities related to the assembly of equipment, following letter of manufacture, drawings and superior orientations.
• Interpret isolation plans and work instructions.
• Perform the isolation of the TCs to oil, following norms and letters of manufacture, coating the ferrule and low‑voltage tube with insulation papers.
• Manufacture the primary TC, following norms and letter of manufacture, cutting copper strips, laying them one on top of the other, coating them with insulating material, welding the posts and effecting the number of turns according to the manufacturing chart.
• Prepare OSKF insulation material by bonding according to process standards.
• Use measuring instruments to monitor dimensions throughout the insulation process.

Requirements

• Availability to work between shifts.
• Knowledge of measurement instruments (treadmill / caliper).
