This role has been designed as "Onsite" with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. Responsibilities

  • Performs varied and general tasks of a transactional nature involving the manufacturing process.
  • Follows detailed documentation and instructions to execute basic tasks such as cable management and labeling, testing, inspecting and building product.
  • Identifies basic manufacturing anomalies and seeks guidance for resolution.
  • Supports the training of new employees.
  • Learns to operate multiple machines.
  • Understands and executes to customer expectations, e.g., Customer to Order (CTO) expectations.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing operations.

Skills

  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Strong mathematics and reading comprehension skills.
  • Strong manual dexterity.
  • Strong understanding of how to navigate tools and procedures as part of production and assembly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills.

Pay

Hourly Salary USD 14.66 - 31.01 in Wisconsin. The expected salary range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
