About the role

Mechanic Technician C (I) Transdev in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a C-Level Mechanic to bolster our team. This role demands expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining engines across various vehicles and equipment. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and longevity for our vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and replacements on engines, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Assist A-Level and B-Level Mechanics in advanced diagnostic and repair tasks, contributing to efficient workflow.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize engine performance.
• Lead diagnostic tests to accurately identify complex issues and determine comprehensive repair strategies for engines.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair tasks on engines, including overhauling and rebuilding components to required specifications.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Light vehicle technicians with automotive or van backgrounds encouraged to apply.
• ASE certifications required; ASE certification program provided.
• Mechanic’s Tool Set A "C" Mechanic must successfully pass the written exam, hands-on test, and interview.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
