About the role

The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of building systems and equipment within a manufacturing or industrial facility.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Performing routine preventive‑maintenance tasks
• Responding to work‑order requests and equipment failures
• Maintaining accurate records in the CMMS
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Participating in scheduled shutdowns, upgrades, and capital‑project
