Responsibilities

• Manage waste collection and disposal operations
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Maintain equipment in good working order
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Perform light maintenance tasks on vehicles and equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related experience in solid waste management or similar field
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of safety procedures and first aid

Qualifications

• Experience with waste management equipment and techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical fitness level
