About the role

Inspects, reports malfunctions, and performs minor repairs on equipment and physical facilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in a healthcare environment and equipment and utilities required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
• Six years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in maintenance required.

Additional Skills/Abilities

• Knowledge of safety codes.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Record-keeping abilities.
