Mechanic 1 - Nashville

Responsibilities

• Cleans Equipment.
• Assists customers with loading and unloading fleet orders.
• Makes notes on rental tags.
• Assists customers with questions/customer service as applicable.
• Assists other mechanics with tasks such as lifting or moving heavy objects.
• Cleans up the yard and shop area.
• Performs some minor diagnoses of issues with the fleet.
• May perform repairs on the small fleet.
• Maintains a safe work environment.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive company vehicles per insurance requirements may be required on a case-by-case basis, depending on branch needs.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills – for both internal and external customers.
• Exhibits average computer skills.
• Completes rental equipment preparation by the delivery date.
• Maintains a ready line.
• Achieves quality standards.
• Must have own basic tools.
