Meat Wrapper

About the role

Meat Wrapper is responsible for receiving, storing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, merchandising and rotating meat department products. The role involves working with management and all other associates to ensure meat cases are well-stocked with fresh, high-quality beef, pork, poultry, and seafood products for our customers, according to company standards. Focus on delivering great customer service to secure store's financial success.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, wrap, weigh, price, merchandise, and rotate meat department products.
• Work with management and other associates to ensure meat cases are well-stocked with fresh, high-quality beef, pork, poultry, and seafood products for customers, according to company standards.
• Deliver great customer service to secure store's financial success.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or foodservice environment preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.

Pay

$18.47 to $22.00 per hour.
