About the role
Responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. You’ll be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, and merchandising.

Responsibilities
- Build positive connections with customers and teammates
- Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need
- Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards
- Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
- Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery
- Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements

Pay
This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between $15.25 and $16.98 per hour, with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location.
