About the role
The R&D Meat Scientist is responsible for developing innovative meat products that meet consumer demands and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop new meat product formulations
- Conduct sensory evaluations of meat products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and safety
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in meat science or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Qualifications
- Knowledge of meat processing and preservation techniques
- Experience with sensory evaluation methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food science principles

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
