Responsibilities

• Complete daily and monthly production needs through hands-on manufacturing of stock, JIT, and special-order needs, and packaging.
• Understand and apply knowledge of production yield, quality standards, and adherence to department policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate and model behavior consistent with the department’s core values and assist with maintaining an environment most conducive to success for the production team and beyond.
• Perform all duties related to department and product handling tasks in a way that models the production team policies, procedures, and standards.
• Be a relied-upon contributor to a positive environment where beneficial changes to departmental policy are embraced.
• Assist with other special assignments as assigned.
• Perform all duties in a timely, courteous manner with respect for all company personnel and property, and report any concerns immediately.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, days.
