Pay
Hourly wage: $16 – $29 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

About the role
Meat/Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate product, and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays remain maintained and orderly throughout the day.
