Meat/Produce Team Associate
About the role
Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
Location: Walmart Supercenter #2289, 210 NORTHSIDE DR, BENNINGTON, VT, 05201, US
Responsibilities
- Keep the Fresh area fully stocked
- Rotate product
- Maintain proper food safety standards
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- Ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day
Pay
Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29 per hour, meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance‑based incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, with multiple premiums possible when criteria are met.
