Meat/Produce Team Associate
Pay
Hourly wage ranges from $17 to $30 per hour, meeting or exceeding the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may also be paid, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
About the role
Meat/Produce associates focus on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked, rotating product, and maintaining proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
