About the role

The Meat & Seafood Team Member supports the daily operations of the Meat & Seafood department at Plum Market. This role is responsible for maintaining full, fresh, and visually appealing cases, assisting with product preparation, and delivering exceptional Guest Service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing cases
• Assist with product preparation
• Deliver exceptional Guest Service
• Maintain proper rotation, storage, and sanitation
• Work closely with leadership and fellow Team Members to uphold quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• An interest in or experience working with meat and/or seafood products
• A basic understanding of food safety and handling standards
• The ability to follow instructions, complete tasks independently, and communicate clearly
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break
• The ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted
