Duncan Country Grocer at our Duncan location is looking for a Part-Time Meat Cutter to join our family! Our ideal candidate will bring their passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a “get the job done” attitude. If you’re an outgoing “people person” we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, prepare, and wrap meat
• Stock shelves, rotate and face products, build displays
• Ensure that high standards are set and maintained for all safety issues

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Able to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
• Thrive under pressure and prioritize small details
• Enjoy working independently but also as part of a team
• Take established department procedures and safe work practices seriously

Pay

Starting Range: $23.50-$25.75
Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range: Up to $29.75
There’s room to grow! Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time.
