About the role
Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor all established quality assurance standards.
Responsibilities

- Cut meats to customer’s requests using proper equipment.
- Prepare and package food to company standards.
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in safety programs and report unsafe conditions.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and report repairs.
- Report accidents and incidents to management.
- Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Current food handlers permit.
- Adequate knife handling skills and knife speed.
- Desired meat experience and retail experience.
- Second language proficiency (speaking, reading, and/or writing).
Qualifications
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
- Knowledge of company core values.
