Meat Cutter/Butcher

About the role

We have been in the meat business for over 100 years. The department is a tight-knit crew in a fast-paced, social environment with lots of customer interaction, many hands on deck at once, and days that fly by. If you take pride in your knife work and like being around good people, you will fit right in.

Requirements

• 2+ years butchering experience in a retail environment
• Solid knowledge of raw meat prep, red meat cuts, and cooking applications
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Strong customer service instincts
• Pride in your work
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US
• Available on weekends
• Basic conversational English
