About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering member questions and assisting across the club as needed.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready work area.
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate effectively with team members.
- Demonstrate expertise in floor operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare meat products (e.g., cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) according to established standards.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and make real-time business decisions.
- Ensure operational excellence by adhering to company policies, maintaining quality and date control standards, and reducing waste.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage of merchandise.
- Model high-quality service and advocate for the department by valuing the member’s experience.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and team members, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to feedback.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location. Additional premiums may apply in specific circumstances, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
