Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions members may have.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate effectively with team members.
- Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare meat products (e.g., cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) according to established standards.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
- Ensure operational excellence by adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality and date control standards, securing merchandise, and eliminating waste.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
- Model high-quality service and products, executing basics at the highest possible level of quality.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
