Responsibilities

• Breaks, cuts, and prepares meat products according to company standards.
• Prepares meat products for display or as per customer orders.
• Takes special orders from customers.
• Determines which items need to be cut with assistance from Meat Clerks and Meat Manager.
• Performs heavy lifting, bending, standing, stooping, walking, and kneeling for prolonged periods.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform very heavy lifting, bending, standing, walking, and stooping for prolonged periods.
• Works in a fast-paced grocery store environment.
• Must have a Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification.
