Meat Clerk

Responsibilities

• Wrap product, clean, and stock the meat department.
• Keep the department clean and sanitized to Company standards.
• Meet or exceed set standards for handling, stocking, wrapping product, grinding, and maintaining the meat department.
• Clean and sanitize the meat department at the end of each shift.
• Break down equipment for health and safety of customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift product up to 50 lbs.
• Customer service orientation and friendly personality.
• Experience in wrapping meat, grinding hamburger, working up chicken, and working lunch meat.
• Ability to get to work at assigned starting times and complete assigned shifts.
