About the role

Miles Farmers Market's Meat & Seafood Department offers the highest quality cuts and fresh catches, known for its old-fashioned service. As a Meat & Seafood Clerk, you'll assist customers in finding exactly what they need, from steaks to fresh seafood.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and answer product questions
• Offer recommendations on meats, seafood, and house-made specialties
• Wrap, weigh, label, and merchandise fresh meats and seafood items
• Stock products throughout the day to maintain a full and appealing display
• Help maintain department cleanliness and uphold food safety standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Weekday and weekend availability required
• No prior experience necessary — full training provided
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential
• Opportunities for additional hours and raises based on performance
