About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. This role is part-time or full-time with flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver helpful service by engaging guests, answering questions, and fulfilling special orders.
• Maintain fresh, well-stocked displays by inspecting, rotating, and replenishing meat products and supplies.
• Honor commitments through regular, timely attendance and adequate notice for absences.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and guest trust.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, leaders, and retail associates.
• Food safety awareness and ability to follow proper equipment usage and inventory practices.
• Ability to multitask and maintain customer service focus in a busy environment.
• Physical readiness for standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 80 pounds occasionally, and working in various temperature conditions.
