About the role

Join our El Super Store Operations Team as a Meat Clerk at 2475 E Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89121. As part of the Chedraui USA group, we offer exceptional value and variety at low prices, serving diverse communities with fresh products and in-house services.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Assists customers, clean shelves, and display cases.
• Cleans, fills, and rotates the Meat Wrap displays.
• Works with customers to take special orders as well as with the Meat Cutter to determine which items need to be cut.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs., bends, stands, and stoops for prolonged periods.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate (preferred).

Qualifications

Must have a Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification due to the nature of the work.
