About the role
The NJ Pella branch is seeking a Measure Technician (also known as an Order Verification Specialist) to support the Northern NJ and Orange County NY area. The role involves completing order verification (virtual and in‑person) for replacement orders, gathering job‑site and product requirements, communicating installation processes to set realistic expectations with homeowners, and assisting with installation recovery work as needed, with a goal of achieving 100% “Very Satisfied” customers.
Responsibilities
- Complete timely order verification (virtual and in‑person) for each replacement order in the assigned area.
- Gather correct job‑site and product requirements.
- Clearly communicate installation processes to set realistic expectations with homeowner customers.
- Assist with installation recovery work as needed.
- Strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” customer outcomes.

Pay
The target pay range for this role is $31‑$37 per hour, with eligibility to receive supplemental earnings such as overtime. Actual compensation is based on factors including skill set, experience, work geography, internal equity, and market data.
Schedule
This is a full‑time onsite role with a traditional weekday schedule Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4:30 pm.
