About the role
The NJ Pella branch is seeking a Measure Technician also known as an Order Verification Specialist. This position will mainly support our central region in the Somerset County and surrounding areas. The Measure Technician will be charged with the timely completion of the order verification process, (virtual and in person), for each replacement order in his/her assigned area of responsibility. The primary function of this position is to gather correct job site and product requirements and clearly communicate installation processes to set realistic expectations with our homeowner customers. This position may also assist with installation recovery work as needed. Continually strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers.
Responsibilities
- Complete the order verification process (virtual and in‑person) for each replacement order in a timely manner.
- Gather accurate job site and product requirements.
- Communicate installation processes clearly to homeowner customers to set realistic expectations.
- Assist with installation recovery work as needed.
- Aim for 100% “Very Satisfied” customer ratings.

Pay
The target pay range for this role is $31 - $37/hr., with eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as overtime. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Schedule
Full-time onsite role, Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm.
