The Measure Technician position at Window World of Boston is essential for accurately measuring replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and specialty products to ensure correct product ordering and efficient installations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and specialty products
• Ensure products are ordered correctly to support efficient installations
• Support the Operations team in ensuring every project is set up for success
• Identify and recommend solutions for installation challenges
• Deliver a superior customer experience through strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Communicate effectively and manage a daily schedule independently
• Use tablets, mobile applications, and computer software proficiently
• Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Requirements

• Previous experience measuring replacement windows and doors
• Thorough knowledge of residential replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, bays, bows, and garden windows
• Strong understanding of residential construction and remodeling
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
